About Project

Product Description:
The core equipment of this project includes a vertical warehouse system, a conveyor system, and a PTL light-picking system. Material distribution is handled collaboratively by the CTU and a submersible omnidirectional AGV, enabling unmanned material loading and unloading. Product shipment is coordinated with an automated packaging system, ensuring comprehensive information sharing and data traceability, from the inbound and outbound storage of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products to the loading and unloading of auxiliary materials. By strengthening data integration, full-process automation, and full-scenario digitization, digital and visual management within the factory is achieved, effectively improving the customer’s operational efficiency and decision-making accuracy, and assisting them in their journey towards intelligent and efficient development.
Product Advantages:
1. Large Raw Material Size
● To address the large size of the fabric roll shaft (3.2 meters long and weighing up to 1 ton), keslon customized and developed a custom submersible omnidirectional AGV to enable automated fabric roll handling. This solution offers greater flexibility and mobility, effectively reducing factory layout costs, improving space utilization, and ensuring safe and deformation-free material handling.
● In the vertical storage process, Keslon simultaneously customized the stacker crane fork structure to precisely adapt to the characteristics of the fabric rolls, ensuring efficient and stable system operation.
2. Diverse Carrier Specifications
Solution:
To address the complex situation of coexisting bins and cartons within the factory, and to meet the intelligent logistics and lean management requirements for the storage and circulation of large quantities of multi-category semi-finished and finished products, Keslon implemented a bin-type stacker crane vertical warehouse solution, achieving a multiple-fold increase in unit storage capacity.
The stacker cranes used in this solution utilize dual-position adjustable gripping telescopic forks, offering exceptional adaptability. They automatically adjust their extension length to suit the specifications of bins and cartons. By working in conjunction with overhead logistics equipment such as elevators and conveyors, they further optimize material transportation routes within the factory. Combined with keslon’s independently developed WMS, WCS, and EFMS systems, this solution achieves data connectivity and a closed-loop information system across the entire chain, encompassing “people, machines, materials, methods, and processes,” comprehensively promoting the deep integration and implementation of intelligent logistics systems and lean management models.
