    Product Description
This intelligent cold chain warehousing solution covers receiving, storage, and shipping. With the Keslon “curved track stacker crane + RGV conveyor system” at its core, it is equipped with 12 curved track stackers, RGV conveyor systems, and high-speed film wrapping machines, providing approximately 50,000 pallet spaces. It can operate stably in -25°C environments, significantly improving warehouse space utilization.

    Product Advantage
Dedicated Low-Temperature Equipment Design: Designed and customized for -25°C low-temperature environments, keslon provides customized mechanical and electrical design.

    Solution Highlight 01

Compared to stackers in normal-temperature warehouses, cold-storage stackers also need to prevent steel structure “cold brittleness” and thermal stress at low temperatures. Therefore, the curved track stackers in this project utilize low-temperature-resistant steel.
To adapt to low-temperature environments, the stacker crane’s motor uses a low-temperature-resistant motor, the gearbox is equipped with cold-storage-specific lubricant, and all electrical components are low-temperature-resistant. Due to poor visibility in the cold storage, fog, and frost on the equipment, the laser addressing used in the normal temperature storage was no longer applicable. Therefore, this project employed a BPS barcode scanner combined with barcode tape for addressing, both horizontal and vertical operations.

    Solution Highlight 02
Curved Track Stacker Crane + Single Track Dual-Car RGV

The project utilizes a double-extending curved track stacker crane, which can freely navigate between multiple aisles. While maintaining efficiency, this significantly reduces equipment investment.

In addition, a single track dual-car RGV solution was designed based on logistics requirements. If one trolley fails, the other can continue to operate, ensuring system operation.
