Shuttle stereoscopic warehouse intelligent storage system:
The system consists of an automatic laneway stacker, shuttle,horizontal conveying system, racking system, WMS / WCSmanagement and control system. The stacker replaces the shuttle& carrier and vertical elevator lift, simplifies the horizontal and verticalhandling processes, and is a fusion of traditional stacker and shuttletechnology, thus achieving the purpose of dense storage.

Shuttle Car:
The shuttle car is responsible for material handling in the longitudinal storage aisles. Its eight-wheel design ensures long service life and smooth operation, effectively preventing imbalance caused by excessive track joints. The internationally renowned Siemens Wi-Fi receiver system features stable signals, fast data rates, and wide coverage. The motor utilizes an imported servo motor, offering a wider power output range, more precise speed and braking control, faster information communication, high reliability, and a low failure rate. The servo motor’s return-to-home function ensures the shuttle car returns to its starting position, enhancing operational safety.

Stacker Crane:
The stacker crane consists of a horizontal drive unit, a vertical lift unit, and a telescopic fork. The main structure of the stacker crane features a stable, reinforced dual-column structure. The horizontal drive utilizes a German Demag travel mechanism, while the lift utilizes a winch. The forks are imported from Europe, driven by SEW motors and Siemens control assemblies. QR code-based precise positioning is used for both horizontal and vertical positioning. The machine boasts an innovative design and stable structure, offering high speed, high acceleration, high positioning accuracy, and low noise. Its specially treated, low-temperature-resistant design makes it suitable for cold storage applications.

Horizontal Conveyor System:
This system primarily consists of a chain conveyor, a roller conveyor, and a lift-transplanter. Its function is to drive the conveyor motors in forward, reverse, lift, and quarter-angle rotations according to the control system’s instructions. It is used for horizontal conveying of palletized cargo and for transferring cargo to and from other equipment. It features a simple structure, high reliability, and easy operation and maintenance.
