Компания Keslon Intelligent удовлетворила потребности ведущего мирового OEM-производителя бытовой техники в хранении больших объемов и больших объемах входящих/исходящих операций, предоставив комплексное интеллектуальное логистическое решение, включающее складирование готовой продукции., исходящие поставки, и управление заказами. Использование взаимосвязанной конструкции между производственными линиями и складами, и использование использования нескольких кранов-штабелеров, шаттлы, Agvs, and conveyor lines in conjunction with the WCS software system, the solution enabled the creation of tens of thousands of storage locations across four warehouses. This doubled the client’s storage capacity and easily met the efficiency requirements for large-volume, centralized inbound/outbound operations.

High-Density Storage, Maximizing Space Utilization

The project involved large-sized goods, and conventional warehouses could not meet the high-density, large-capacity storage needs of various finished product types within the existing site. Keslon Intelligent addressed this by employing a stacker crane + shuttle combination solution to maximize the client’s storage space utilization. The high-density warehouse design replaced stacker cranes with shuttles for picking and placing goods, thereby freeing up equipment operating space and increasing the number of storage locations. Supported by powerful algorithms in software systems such as WCS, multiple stacker cranes combined with shuttles enabled the retrieval and placement of goods at any location across multiple floors.

 

Achieving Integrated Connectivity Across the Entire Area

● Multi-vehicle operation within the facility enables cluster scheduling and high-precision operations. Agvs, serving as the entire plant’s cargo transfer tool, precisely connect to production lines, centralized conveyor centers, connecting corridors, pallet warehouses, and other devices. Visual correction is incorporated into the AGV’s retrieval process to ensure precise forklift handling of large-sized goods, facilitating cross-zone transport and storage of various goods.

● Interconnection between warehousing and multi-level production lines is achieved via inter-floor elevators and elevated corridors.

● Collaborative operation with high-efficiency intelligent equipment such as stacker cranes and shuttle vehicles.

Considering the client’s requirement for simultaneous construction and use of the warehouse, the project was divided into two phases, with one system implemented step-by-step. The two phases are seamlessly integrated, significantly shortening the delivery time compared to similar projects.
